KENYA A large, wide-spread UBI program has been implemented in Western Kenya since 2016, giving people who were earning less that 75 cent per day something closer to 22 dollars a day. Universal Basic Income really is a no-brainer. The real challenge is the social constructs of ruling parties not believing that everyone should do well. There are those who believe only some should.
