From measuring your heart rate, to staying on top of your blood sugar to checking how much exercise your getting, health apps are the rage, but millions of people stay away from them --- at their own peril. I believe these apps can do more than what they're functioned to do. I believe they can train us to be more proactive in our own health and develop a sense of agency as human beings.
